OK, so long ago I promised that I would post pictures of the house painting project. It may be waaaay after I finished, but here it is nonetheless. First, the befores, a faded light blue with dark blue trim that we did not care for:
And then the afters...we switched to a grayish/bluish green color with white trim:
Yes, Jeff or Amanda, I did it all myself, from pressure washing to stripping to caulking to painting. It was a lot of work and took a loong time, but well worth it, in my view.
Although I have to say, although I think the green looks way nicer than the blue did, the blue is not as bad as it could have been, considering the tiger motif you had in there!

That looks so nice! It's so much brighter. So, this is probably a really dumb question, but...you guys didn't paint it yourself, right?

Yes, the tiger room was terrible. I did indeed do all the work myself, with just a bit of help from a friend in the ward.
He also lent me his spray system to do the main painting, so that helped a lot.
