We went to see the doc today and she strongly encouraged us to induce labor. Rebecca has lost 3 pounds since last week, and that, in conjunction with the time past the due date has led us to a scheduled inducing tomorrow at 7 am.
The name is going to be: James Madison. He will be named for two people: My Dad, whose name is James Bergen and was also born in July, and the founding father for whom I have a great deal of admiration. So, in all likelihood his birthday will be July 9, 2008.
I'll post more tomorrow, hopefully with some pictures.
