Springtime!

The first week of April brought us some good snow. We went out and enjoyed it a little, mostly James enjoyed it.


Luckily spring came back! I'm really excited to see the daffodils and tulips I planted in the fall. These are the same flowers that put me into labor on the 24th of September. To try and get Grace out, my mom and I started digging to plant the bulbs I had gotten. It worked! It's actually more likely that I went into labor from chasing James and a ball down the street while we were trying to dig. Anyway, my first daffodils have started popping up and it's making me really happy! Here is the first one that came up, there have been a few more as well (please excuse the weeds around, we haven't had a chance to get out and fix the yard up yet):


Aren't they gorgeous? They sure do brighten my day when I see them.
