Family picture taken with the timer on the camera.  The impressive thing is that this was the first and only picture we took.  The kids performed marvelously.

Here's a video of Grace dancing to The Voice (excuse the mess in the living room, but I let the kids set up an obstacle course to pretend they were playing Wipeout).

For the last few months I've been exercising with the Wii Fit and the kids like to do it too, here's a video of Grace doing torso twists, jack knifes (knives?), and lunges.
