So today I was eating my lunch which included some raspberry yogurt. James has always seemed very interested in food, so as he was watching me eat and mimicking my chewing I decided to let him try some. I do this often with food when it's something easy for him to taste. He loved the yogurt, he kept smiling and wanting more. When I first gave him some he grabbed my hand and wouldn't let go. So after giving him yogurt I decided to make up some rice cereal for him. The doctor told us that they don't recommend starting solids till closer to 6 months now, but if he seems interested in food we could try it. Here is a video of him eating. He is very good at it for being so new to the experience. I didn't even have a bib on him because he was so neat.

wow, yeah he is good at that! So are things just getting better and better and more easier? This is a fun stage. As many stages coming up!
They have been getting better. He's been sleeping real well and actually going to sleep right away at night without crying. He has been kinda fussy during the daytime though. I'm not sure if there's a reason for it other than he gets bored easily. How are your kids doing?
